You will manage a project team dedicated to the deployment in France and internationally of our digital solutions for the healthcare industry (CRM and digital marketing).
In a particularly favorable market dynamic in which Euris is a recognized player (referenced in the Gartner guide), you will be responsible for supporting the ambition and strong growth of the Group's business by managing the implementation of new large-scale international projects, while consolidating and developing the existing customer base.
Reporting directly to management and working hand-in-hand with sales, product and technical management, you will be at the heart of implementing the software business' ambitious development strategy.
Your missions:
• You will manage a team of project managers in charge of the customer portfolio. Your objective is to grow and structure this team, taking into account the needs and development perspective of the business,
• You will guarantee the successful execution of the projects deployed by your team, ensuring the quality of guidance, deliverables and user support, as well as project profitability,
• You structure the overall planning, costs, sales and budgets of the projects carried out by your team,
• You support the certification process for the software business,
• You also manage contractual aspects, partner relations and subcontractor management,
• You report to management and take part in the Executive Committee to draw up business strategy,
• You will be involved in pre-sales and tendering activities, working closely with our sales teams.
This position involves travel (locally, in France or internationally) to meet customers, take part in steering meetings and monitor projects.
With a degree from a leading business or engineering school, you have at least 5 years' professional experience in complex, international project management, with an interest in a technological product. You also have initial management experience to your credit and can demonstrate leadership skills; knowledge of the healthcare industry and the software world is a plus.
Fluent in English, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a good ability to synthesize information, a keen sense of organization and the ability to take a global view of the project; you are committed to guaranteeing the quality of service expected by our customers.
